Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing from isle20.com operated by Isle Develop CIC.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

If an item is damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact the Vendor of the item in the first instance.

To return an item or request a refund, please contact the Vendor of the item in the first instance.

Returns and refunds are the responsibility of the Vendor. Isle Develop CIC does not accept liabilty for issues arising between Vendors and Customers, including disputes over refunds and returns.

Items which cannot be returned include:

  • Earrings
  • Food
  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
