Domestic Shipping Policy

Safe delivery of items ordered on isle20.com is the responsibility of the vendor, however isle20 is committed to the following delivery policy.

All orders are shipped within 5 working days unless otherwise indicated.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Each vendor sets the rate – first class, second class, signed & tracked, special delivery or international. The customer can pick the shipping option at checkout.

If vendors are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery as items are dispatched from Scottish islands which means they it takes a day for them to reach a mainland depot for sorting. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, the vendor will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. All shipments are made via Royal Mail.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. That means it has shipped.

We do not currently offer order tracking as standard. Some vendors choose to use tracked postage based on the value of the item. You will see that at checkout.

Damages

Isle20 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, please do let the vendor know about the damage, and we will do what we can to help!

International Shipping Policy

Whether international shipping is available is up to the vendor. The same policy applies as it does to domestic shipping.
